Marvel’s Wolverine Trophy Guide
Step 1: Find All Collectibles & Finish the Story [15–20 Hours]
Play through the main campaign and gather all 102 Collectibles along the way (68 Material Crates, 20 Whisky Bottles, 14 Nightmare Doors). By following a sequential collectible breakdown, you will also knock out all mission-specific trophies naturally during this initial playthrough.
Key Tips for Step 1:
- Play on “The Man” Difficulty: There are no difficulty-related trophies. This setting acts almost like a god mode, entirely preventing deaths or knockouts to speed up your run.
- Use the Objective Marker: If you ever lose your bearings, press R3 to highlight your main objective with a yellow marker.
- Turn on Accessibility Shaders: You can spot collectibles effortlessly by enabling the shader setting (
Settings > Visuals > Collectibles and Interact Shaders). This applies a highly visible custom color outline to all items. - Farm XP Caches: Make sure to destroy 100 XP Caches for the Cache Crusher trophy. The Collectible Shader will highlight these, and there are far more than 100 in the game.
- Don’t Sweat the Nightmare Trials: You only need a Bronze rating in the Adamantium Nightmare Trials for trophy purposes. You can easily replay these from the Nightmare Cabin later when you have unlocked superior skills.
Step 2: Unlock the Hidden Memory [5–10 Minutes]
After completing the story, you will spawn inside the Nightmare Cabin. If you have successfully located all 14 Nightmare Doors and earned at least a Bronze rating in each, a hidden 15th trial (“Best There Is”) will appear in the bottom right corner of the cabin.
Achieve a Bronze rating or higher in this final trial. Once completed, the doors to the Nightmare Cabin will open. Walk outside and follow the scent trail to uncover the hidden memory and unlock the Repressed Memories trophy.
Step 3: Final Cleanup [10–60 Minutes]
If you are missing any miscellaneous or combat trophies, simply interact with the bed in the Nightmare Cabin to replay the necessary missions.
All of your previously gathered collectibles carry over into mission replay. If you are a few experience points short of reaching the Level 36 cap, replay a combat-heavy chapter to farm the remaining XP needed to finish off your Platinum.
