PowerWash Simulator 2 Barbie DLC: Release Date & Dreamhouse Details

One of the greatest aspects of the PowerWash Simulator franchise is its sheer unpredictability when it comes to crossover content. Just when the gaming community thinks developer FuturLab has reached the peak of its pop-culture collaborations, they drop a massive surprise that catches everyone off guard. Enter the latest announcement that very few players saw coming: a highly anticipated Barbie DLC pack is officially making its way to PowerWash Simulator 2. While fans have seen a plethora of iconic entertainment properties get the high-pressure water treatment in the past, hosing down the vibrant, plastic world of Barbie is a uniquely exciting and colorful prospect.

PowerWash Simulator has built a massive reputation on being one of the most relaxing, yet oddly satisfying, gaming experiences on the modern market. Taking that therapeutic gameplay loop and applying it to one of the most famous toy brands in the world is a stroke of genius. FuturLab has officially announced that this pink-tinted crossover will launch in late 2026, giving players plenty of time to prepare their virtual cleaning arsenals.

Give the Iconic Barbie Dreamhouse a Deep Clean

At the heart of this upcoming premium DLC is the legendary Barbie Dreamhouse itself. Players will be tasked with stripping away thick layers of virtual grime, dirt, and mysterious muck from this pristine, notoriously pink piece of real estate. The stark visual contrast between the heavy-duty, industrial nature of power washing and the hyper-stylized, glamorous world of Barbie is exactly the kind of whimsical charm that makes the series so endlessly endearing.

To fully immerse players in this glamorous crossover, FuturLab is equipping cleaners with a brand-new, customized aesthetic. You will not just be cleaning Barbie’s world; you will genuinely look the part while doing it. The DLC grants access to a vibrant, bright pink outfit specifically designed for this expansion. Furthermore, players will receive matching pink power washing equipment, ensuring that every nozzle, extension pole, and soap dispenser fits perfectly with the overall theme. It is a fantastic cosmetic touch that adds an extra layer of immersive fun to the meticulously relaxing gameplay loop that fans have come to adore over the years.

Five Official Playsets to Restore

The PowerWash Simulator 2 Barbie DLC is not just a single-level novelty experience. The development team has packed this expansion with a total of five distinct, detailed levels, each meticulously based on official Barbie playsets and beloved accessories. While the towering Dreamhouse is the undeniable centerpiece of the collection, players will have their hands full scrubbing down various other oversized, real-world toys that have been covered in grime.

Whether you are blasting away dried mud from a luxury plastic vehicle or cleaning up intricately designed miniature furniture, each level promises to deliver an authentic, licensed Barbie look. These five levels are designed to offer a wide variety of cleaning challenges, requiring players to carefully utilize different nozzles and cleaning liquids to get into the intricate nooks and crannies of the plastic playsets. The deep satisfaction of seeing a blackened, dirty toy slowly reveal its bright, highly saturated pastel colors is bound to be a major highlight of this premium add-on.

Pricing, Release Window, and Expanding the Universe

For fans eager to dive into this pink paradise, the PowerWash Simulator 2 Barbie DLC is currently slated for a release in late 2026. While FuturLab has not yet nailed down a specific, firm daily release date, anticipation is already building across the community. When the pack does officially launch, it will be available at a very accessible price point of $7.99 / €7.99 / £6.50. This pricing structure remains completely consistent with the developer’s previous premium offerings, providing solid value for the amount of content, detailed levels, and gameplay hours included.

It is worth noting that this marks the third major premium DLC release for PowerWash Simulator 2. FuturLab has been on an incredible run of high-profile collaborations recently, with the Barbie pack following closely on the heels of the highly successful Adventure Time and Star Wars expansions. Each of these packs has brought its own unique environmental storytelling and specialized aesthetic to the table, and the Barbie pack seems perfectly poised to continue that winning streak. Ultimately, this upcoming DLC is a testament to the universal appeal of the game, proving that no matter the setting, there is always satisfaction in a job well done.
